Nicole spends her days as the director of a Nursery program. Nicole has her BS in Early Childhood Ed from Bemidji, MN and has a total of 15 years in the industry. Nicole's dedication to not only her family, but the children she serves is something everyone aspires to achieve.

Alissha is a momma to two kiddos and brings the "parent" perspective to our dAd podcast. Both of Lish's children have gone through different EC programs, and she has some parent perspective! Lish has her BS in accounting, works for the US Gov't and runs a family business. Lish's perspective helps keep us balanced and having fun!
